Whirlygig Cinema’s Spotlights #5 – get up close and personal with amazing new film talent!

Whirlygig Cinema presents Spotlights a bi-monthly short film night focusing on the work and practice of outstanding new filmmakers. At each event three emerging directors are given just half an hour each to showcase and talk about their films providing audiences with a gripping insight into their work and practice and the chance to ask questions in a Q&A. Screening in the cosy basement bar of Trangallan Restaurant Newington Green Spotlights strives to create a regular meeting place for filmmakers and film-lovers showcasing hand-picked emerging film talent in a relaxed and intimate environment. Spotlights #5 will take place at 7.30pm on Tuesday 11th December 2012 featuring work by Mark Bowsher David Higgs and Chamoun Issa. Tickets are £5 on the door / £4 advance / £3 to Whirlygig Cinema badge holders. Booking is recommended due to limited capacity. “
