Victoria Park Singers – new community choir

Victoria Park Singers is a new community choir which launches Wednesday April 17th at the Royal Inn on the Park, 111 Lauriston Rd, Hackney, E9 7J from 7-8.45pm.If you love singing and want to meet like-minded people, improve your skills and learn new music, come along! Don’t let the word ‘choir’ put you off. If you’ve been inspired by Military Wives or always fancied yourself as the lead role in Sister Act  don’t be shy, give it a try.Songs will be carefully selected to offer something for everyone; from pop to gospel, classical to musical theatre, jazz to folk.The choir is led by professional singer and conductor Hannah Brine who says:\There are no auditions and you don’t need to have any previous experience to join in – you’ll be amazed at how quickly you can start making a brilliant sound.”Victoria Park Singers starts on Wednesday April 17th at the Royal Inn on the Park 111 Lauriston Rd Hackney E9 7J from 7-8.45pm.
