Tyre Recommendations

The tyres on my racer are on their last legs, they’re riddled with holes & the beading is pretty loose on the rear one. Resulting in the inner tube popping out every now-and-again.Just wondering if anyone had any recommendations for some decent tyres that can take the wear and tear of everyday city cycling. Something kevlar-ish perhaps?700c, nothing too thin.

I bought these http://www.tredz.co.uk/productdetail.aspx?productcode=30369 (based on a recommendation here: http://www.lfgss.com/thread31484-4.html) after having a ridiculous number of punctures on the ones that came with my Charge plug, and they’ve been brilliant for me

I roll on Continental gatorskins – http://www.evanscycles.com/products/continental/ultra-gator-skins-tyre-ec001745Having tried a few I find these the best.

The Maxxis look good, but are perhaps a little too bing for me. I’ve had a few people recommend the conti gatorskins before; looks like they’re the ones for me.Cheers guys!
