Spandeli: Spanish deli on Dalston Lane

A new Spanish deli has opened today at 246 Dalston Lane – just four doors from Chase & Sorensen. It doesn’t appear to have a name and isn’t fully stocked yet – but has some great cheese and meats.Definitely worth popping into if you’re passing.

  4. @rosana When I popped in about 10 days ago I bought some of the cheese you had samples of on the counter. It’s delicious – but I can’t remember what it’s called.

  5. It’s likely to be Manchego (black skin), but the goat cheese is delicious as well (orange skin). Feel free to ask for a taste  when you pop in!

  6. Do you stock membrillo as well? The perfect accompaniment to Manchego.

  7. You’re right!, you can choose the membrillo you like. Also there’s in stock ibericos, ham, morcilla, chorizo and the most popular ingredients and snacks to have a tapas party whenever you want.
