Relaxation exercises at the end of the practice will ensure you leave feeling calm and content! The venue can comfortably fit 15 people so booking your place is essential. About the teacherYogacharya P R Mohanan started his yoga life in 1981 guided by his uncle, Swami Gaudapadananda Puri, who is an Indian holy man and director of the Vivekananda Yoga Vedanta Ashram Monastery in Kerala, India. Mohanan, as he is fondly known, went on to teach in a popular resort in Varkala and later extended his knowledge and understanding of the yogic philosophy in the Vivekananda Yoga Vedantha Ashram Monastery. A competent and experienced teacher in many yoga systems, we will be teaching his own, individual style, based on and developed from Sivananda Yoga. Mohanan is usually based in Liverpool and makes a special appearance in London to share his teachings. 7749 7790 |
