Setting up a Limited Company.
Has anyone here set up a Limited Company? I’ve been quoted £140 per month by an accountant to basically do everything. It sounds a bit steep to me.
What do you actually have to do once the company is set up? I was slightly baffled with quarterly reports, forms etc that i’d have to do myself if i didn’t do it with them.
Any experience anyone?
The city Business Library do some free courses that might make things clearer for you see below or just go straight to their website http://www.cityoflondon.gov.uk/Corporation/LGNL_Services/Leisure_and_culture/Libraries/City_of_London_libraries/Events+at+City+Business+Library.htm also think the tax office do free workshop to let you know what returns your required to do etc. But basically that does sound like a steep quote!
