Seeking project bids from local developer

Hello! I’m an activist (women’s body image, specifically for women of size) and I’m part of a joint proposal with two academics for a grant to fund the development of a website. I am a graphic designer by trade and the design process would happen collaboratively between myself and you/your designer. I have a project spec that I can email out to those interested. I’ll need someone who is familiar with Joomla, Drupal, Concrete5 and WordPress so we can discuss together which of these will serve the needs of the project best. Developers should show demonstrated ability to successfully code attractive and functional websites. Proficiency in: PHP, AJAX, Javascript, HTML5, CSS. Ability to create responsive websites that remain pixel-perfect not only on various operating systems/browsers/monitor resolutions but across mobile platforms as well.
