Retired Caribbean Nurses

History of Hackney

Retired Caribbean Nurses is a heritage lottery funded project by Black Women in the Arts, which aims to collect the stories of Caribbean nurses from 1945 to today. It will be turned into an exhibition at the Hackney Museum.

They are holding their first gathering at the Vortex on 22 March.

They are looking for people to share their stories for the project
