Replacing the lining of a handbag

I have a handbag where the lining is completely had it to the point that it’s pretty much pointless. Does anyone have any idea how to replace it?

   Hey,

   Handbags aren’t really my thing, but I know someone who’s a bit of a wiz on the old Singer, making dresses, tops, handbags etc. She also deals in some really beautiful materials. She might be able to assist with a new lining.
