From the Dalston Eastern Curve Mailing list:Monday 11 – Friday 15 April: 10-4pm – Clay Oven Building with Off CentreThis summer you will be able to feast on pizzas made with the herbs and vegetables we are growing in the Garden and baked in our own clay oven. We have been working with Hackney’s Off Centre since the summer of 2010. Now they are coming back for a week to help Sasaworks build the clay oven.If you are aged 11-25 and would like to help with the construction of the clay oven from Monday 11 April to Friday 15 April, please contact: info@offcentre.org.ukWe will be celebrating the making of the first pizzas in the oven on Monday 2 May with live music and planting a pizza bed.
