Maternity Nurses Needing Work experience…for free!

Hi, We have a number of newly trained maternity nurses (often with 5 years+ nanny experience) who are looking to gain un paid work experience, supporting new mothers with their newborns. The areas they are looking to support new mothers with would include:- bathing new borns- changing new borns- providing advice/support regarding breastfeeding- help around the house if required- supporting parents with implementing a sleep routine (if parents wished to do this)- helping the mother and family.Candidates would have a valid CRB, First Aid checked and we would check references. As an agency we would charge a small admin fee of £50, and candidates would have their expenses paid for by the parent.Maternity Nurses can usually change between £250 – £300 per day, and this would be a great opportunity for experienced childcare professionals and new parents.We have supported over 50 candidates so far and the feedback we have received is excellent.
