After a successful four-night pop-up last year, Mama Wang’s Kitchen is returning to Hackney’s favourite pop-up space, The Dolls House, this March, serving up authentic regional Chinese dishes using fresh, locally sourced produce. We’re offering a four-course set menu built around our signature homemade and hand-pulled Biang Biang noodles, straight out of Xi’an in Western China.

Mouth-watering chicken and green-bean noodle salad
Pork and shiitake mushroom potstickers
Hand-pulled Biang Biang noodles with beef shin mapo tofu
