Hi, I work locally and live off Chatsworth Road. The landlord needs the property back and I have to vacate by the 28th of this month. Two quiet guys (not a couple). No help in short term, but I’m looking to rent out both of the rooms in my flat starting in July 12 (1 room) and then the second room will be available when I vacate, which will be around July 22.
