Looking for a place to rent

Hi, my friend is looking for a place to live. Ideally he would like somewhere big enough to do his artwork in the evenings – so either a studio live in work space or a shared warehouse space. He is open to looking around at what is available so even a large double or loft space in shared house. E5, Hackney or Hackney Wick area. Thanks
