Living Art Map for First Thursdays

We are creating a living art map of all the art happenings during First Thursdays (and during the entire first week of every month). The map will show what galleries are doing that week. Meanwhile, the public can upload pictures of things they appreciate to the map. It’s an iPhone app: http://hitmeup.co/app (although there is a simplistic version online:  http://hitmeup.co/partners/7/maps/10) If you have an iPhone please upload any manner of arty picture to help us develop the living map project. There’s a competition too. If you add the caption ‘#OpenArt’ to your photos then you can win £400 of First Thursday art prizes. In general people can add anything worth knowing about or curious to the map. I am trying to get this going in Tower Hamlets and Hackney so snap away and spread the word. BestTom “
