Large single in spacious house with garden in De Beauvoir – £500pcm

Hey all, A large single room is available in a lovely houseshare  on De Beauvoir Road will be available from the end of this month. The room’s not massive but comfortably fits a double bed and has a built in wardrobe. It’s really bright  and overlooks our private garden. The house  is recently renovated, has a big kitchen with lots of equipment (I’m an appliance horder!), a spacious lounge with 3 sofas (plenty of  room to have friends round), a bathroom with over bath shower and a handy downstairs loo. Sharing with myself and one other girl. We’re both mid twenties and work our bollocks off so aren’t home a great deal but socialise when we can and am up for a drink and a chat in the evening. We want a friendly, chilled home…not looking for someone that wants to party all the time (although we’re not adverse to the odd gathering!) Although the house is lovely the real draw is the location. 2 minute walk from Regents Canal and Haggerston Station, 10 minute walk from Dalston, 15-20 minute walk to Shoreditch and buses going all over London from round the corner. I honestly don’t think there’s a better  location in all of London. Finally, the money stuff.  Rent is £500 to be paid on the first day of each month. Deposit is also £500. Council tax is £42, internet is £13 and utilities around another £20 a month to be paid quarterly. So all in all, comfortably within £600 all together. We have a rolling contract, should you wish to move out you’re just expected to find someone else to take your room. Think that’s everything if  you want to pop round to have a look, let me know.
