I practice a variety of treatments including holistic massage and pregnancy massage, reflexology, maternity reflexology, fertility reflexology, spinal and hot stone reflexology. I offer personalised treatments that address your individual needs and I can combine the techniques of both massage and reflexology to suit you. I am a member of the AOR, CNHC and the CThA.

I am practicing up at the Well Garden in Hackney Downs studios which is a perfect place to come and unwind. You can grab some delicious food and drinks at the Russet while you are there or even do a little shopping after.
