The current tenant is currently finishing her masters so will need someone who prefers to live respectfully in the flat and not been wanting any house parties or late nights. Otherwise, she is very easy going and great to live with.

It has two bedrooms at the opposite ends of the flat, large bathroom, large kitchen diner, leading out on to the garden and adjacent to a cosy conservatory and separate lounge. There is also free parking on the nearby streets.

The huge double room at the front of the house facing the street although not noisy. It is the largest room in the house with huge sash windows and a fireplace with storage and a king size sleigh bed. There is lots of storage space and is a really comfortable room.

The kitchen is really light and full of cooking utensils and equipment. It’s the place we spend all our time so it should accommodate anyone who loves to cook and socialise in the kitchen.

There is the lounge and conservatory which are used as additional chill out rooms. The house is newly refurbished with original features, high ceilings, wooden floors and full of character, with all mod cons and a rustic but high spec feel.

The place is located on a very quiet street 2 mins away from Palm2 local deli and supper club space, organic shops, brilliant local pubs (Biddle Brothers and Clapton Hart), bars and Chatworth Market. Also backs onto great parks (1 minute) and marshes and the canal (10mins) so perfect for strolling around pub lunches on the river and 20 mins walking distance to the Olympic area, through parks and marshes and canals.

The flat is in a Brilliant location, on quiet street 2 minutes from Clapton Pond. There is a main bus terminal with routes to London Bridge, Victoria, Oxford Circus, Angel and all local areas, such as Columbia Road flower market , London Fields and Broadway Market, Brick lane and Spitalfields. bus map will be provided at home on your arrival. The closest over train is Clapton, Hackney Downs or Hackney Central, 5 mins walking distance, which takes you to Liverpool Street (zone 1) in 10 minutes. From here, everything should be 10-15 mins away. It takes about 40 mins from the house to central London by three direct buses and 30 minutes direct to the Olympics area Stratford.
