Happy in Hackney. New Action for Happiness group starting May 1st

Dear Hackney well-being people,I am starting an Action for Happiness group in Hackney, to discuss happiness, look at concrete ways of bringing happiness into our lives, and possibly carrying out acts of kindness in the community. Anyone from any walk of life is invited to join this group and share. This is a free event. We will be meeting for the first time at the Daniel Defoe pub Wednesday 1st May at 6.30pm.
