Free internet in Hackney
The council have a page with all the libraries you can use the internet for free http://www.hackney.gov.uk/libraries-wifi.htm
• access is free to library members
• you must be a library member
• use your library card number and library password to login
• printing is not available via wifi
• you can use the service for as long as you like within library opening hours.
Added to that there are of course a ton of places that have free wifi when you are using their services
