Over on BDonline they mention that those block are sawn up railway sleepers threaded onto ropes and hung off scaffolding – cool I can’t wait to see it

I popped down and helped out with basic building tasks for a few hours yesterday, and I get the impression they could do with plenty more.
If anyone has a bit of spare time to help them get stuff finished, just head down there. You need to cross the canal on Eastway (coming from Hackney Wick side), and then the entrance is down a slip road/driveway to the left. A warm welcome and plenty of hammering/drilling awaits 🙂

the brick walls look amazing. You don’t have to have tickets for an event to go and hang out there, so I strongly recommend you all go and have a look (and have a beer at the bar). It’s genius!

Managed to get tickets for a sold out cinema screening tonight – even if they sell out in advance they seem to keep some back for on the door. Worth popping round in the afternoon…
