Fitness Walks in London Fields – every Friday morning

Take A Break on Fridays for a one hour Fitness Walk in the fresh air of London Fields, incorporating a variety of low-impact exercises to develop strength, fitness, mobility, balance and co-ordination. Only £5 per session, all fitness levels welcome, no need to book, just come along to London Fields Fitness Studio at 379 Mentmore Terrace on Friday just before 11:30 am.
