Driving instructor recommendations, anyone?

Hi,I’d like a recommendation of a driving instructor. My situation is that I can drive and have a licence but, only having driven automatics on the back roads of rural Northern Ireland since passing my test over 20 years ago I urgently need some instruction in driving a stick on London’s thoroughfares. Any tips much appreciated.
