Double room off Chatsworth/Lower Clapton Rd – July

Hello people I live in a lovely 7 bedroom house located on Powerscroft Road but one of our housemates is moving out around July. There is no time set yet, as she just sprung it on us but it’s cheap and we are a dream to live with.There 1 person moving out but we may have a room swap – so it could be a £370 room downstairs in basement, small double or it could be middle floor bigger room with double bed at £480pm. all excluding bills. We love to go Chatsworth Road on a sunday, go to Lumiere on a saturday night and love Biddle Bros. and all the local pubs. Looking for a guy or girl – but with 7 girls you will need to be sociable! We like to go out on weekends, all work hard in the week but like to invite friends over and are very sociable people. if you are looking for somewhere around July get in touch!
