Double room in Hackney Mare Street available in creative flat share

Hi everyone,I am moving out of my flat so there is a room available in a creative flat on Mare Street in Hackney from late next week. I would prefer someone to take my room off me next week but the move in date is a bit flexible.The room is small but there is a massive living room and storage space throughout the flat. There is also the opportunity to buy the loft bed in the room off me which saves on a lot of space. I am looking for a girl and prefably someone creative to replace me, you will be living with a fashion designer and another girl who works within the fashion industry. It’s £430 for rent without bills and roughly an extra £60 for water, council tax and electricity on top which is a really good price for the area. The deposit is £430 and then £430 rent in advance, everything goes through the estate agents so it’s perfectly safe.Several buses night buses from Central and East London stop outside the flat including the 55, 277, 106, 236, 26 and 48. Hackney Central and Bethnal Green station are both short walks away meaning you’re well connected to both the overground and underground.
