Double room in Clapton for rent for two months

Some of our housemates are fleeing the country for the summer so we have a furnished double room available to rent for approximately two months in our lovely, recently redecorated flat. We have two bathrooms, a fully mod con fitted kitchen, lovely living room and a beautiful garden. We are also close to Clapton station for commuting.

The cost is £700 a month all bills included, with a month’s deposit down.

Females only please. Smoking in the flat isnt allowed either I’m afraid.
