Hi all,

My current housemate is moving out at the end of Aug, so I’m on the lookout for a replacement.

Located at the top end of Clarence Road, street of the moment, the converted 2 bed Victorian flat is spread over the 2nd & 3rd floors. The larger of the two rooms is the one that’s free. It’s semi-furnished, spacious and clean.

Other attractions include friendly neighbours, a new bathroom, new double-glazed sash windows and an array of mid-century modern furniture.

As for me, I’m a 35-year-old cabinet maker. Like to think I’m moderately creative, so someone similarly productive would be a bonus; a person who might be qualified to be rude about the things I make. And someone who appreciates an occasional shared meal or a pint would be nice.

So, the room is going for £530, bills inclusive. If you’re after a viewing, just get in touch. I could even send you some photos if you like.
