Lots of people seem to agree that one of the great things about Chatsworth Road is the diversity of shops along it. What shops do you think contribute more or less to this feeling of diversity? What shops, if were possible, should be safeguarded to ensure that as rent increases they still remain on the street?

  1. EuanI think that this is a dead end, since there is no viable way to achieve the suggested outcome. Incidentally, the street is already a lot less diverse than it was even ten years ago, since all the grocery shops but two are operated by Kurdish successful asylum seekers. The diversity is because of the mixed population, location and relatively low rents
