Cucumber gin recipes

I have some cucumber gin in my cupboard that I made by sticking some cucumber in a bottle of Bombay Sapphire  – it makes lovely g&ts but does anyone have any other suggestions of what do make with it?Thanks

   Hello!Yes i have many ideas!!why not try: Lavender sugar, apple juice, cucumber gin Or Strong Camomile tea mixed with lots of sugar to give you a syrup, a dash of white wine and apple juice finished with a squeeze of lemon!
