  1. Is it Frampton Park? Just a hunch, but looks familiar…

  2. It’s not Frampton Park Estate @mattyc

  3. Damnit! Oh well, good luck to everyone else. I bet it’s in South Hackney…

  4. Summit Estate?

  5. It’s not Summit Estate @alexpink

  6. Is it Hoxton?

  7. It is not Hoxton Estate @rebeljewel

  8. Is it Gascoyne Estate?

  9. It’s not Gascoyne Estate @ewebber

  10. I think it’s not any of my locals like Gasgcoyne or Kingsmead, but one up in Upper Clapton – don’t know the names of any up there though.

  11. List of Hackney EstatesIf you look at this map it gives you list of Hackney’s Estates and their locations. I must admit I didn’t realise there were so many (353) so to narrow it down slightly I can tell you that the Estate is listed with an ID no. between 1 and 100.”

  12. Does this mean I get a second chance as I did not have this information prior? 😀

  13. Nice try @rebeljewel but it’s one guess per member.I will be giving further clues out if it is not guessed correctly as I would like the competition to be won by April 30th.

  14. Amazing competition!!Based on the architecture and the park in front i’d guess the BEECHOLME ESTATE?

  15. Come on. It’s got to be Wenlock Barn Estate, right ?

  16. Ah, just read the 1-100 thing. Cranston?

  17. @euan it’s not Beecholme.@hbwsk it’s not Wenlock Barn. Please be fair and stick to the competition rules of 1 guess per member!

  18. I’m with @rebeljewel, I think the rules of the contest have varied enough for us to be allowed another go :-)Only joking, but well done on an excellent teaser- you’ve piqued the interest!

  19. Damn! This is surprisingly exciting… or it might just be the weather and the impeding bank holidays.

  20. I am going to revive the competion by giving everybody one more guess at this. If you use the map, the list between 1-100, and the incorrect answers so far you should be able to have a good guess at the answer. It is an estate name that is required so you can disregard anything on the list that is titled House, Properties etc. Be quick and be lucky!

  21. Random guess: Aspland Estate

  22. Appleby Estate?

  23. Broad Common Estate?

  24. @ewebber it’s not Aspland, @rebeljewel it’s not Appleby, @alexpink it’s not Broad Common.
@euan @mattyc @hbwsk fancy having another go at this this?

  25. I’m giving it some thought- not going to rush in like last time, need to be strategic and can’t watse my final precious vote. Hmmmmm

  26. How about Blackstone Estate?

  27. @benjamin it’s not Blackstone Estate. Surely someone will get this soon!

  28. Final go. Charles Square Estate?

Forget that wedding nonsense. I’m going to ride around Hackney comparing estate stairwells if noone gets this.

  29. @hbwsk it’s not Charles Square Estate.
Can’t believe nobody has guessed it yet! I am closing the competition at midnight tomorrow (29th). If it isn’t guessed correctly by then I am going to give it to the nearest guess by distance. For those who haven’t had a go yet look at the map & list and the Estate id is between 1 – 100 and it is an estate name (not properties park etc.) that is required to win the book. All the incorrect answers are below:
Frampton Park Estate Summit Estate Hoxton Estate Gascoyne Estate Beecholme Estate Wenlock Barn Cranston Estate Aspland Estate Appleby Estate Broad Common Estate Blackstone Estate Charles Square Estate.

  30. The competition has now ended and nobody guessed which Estate it was in the photo. The answer is Burma Court Estate and the flats are Orde House. The nearest guess was Summit Estate by @alexpink so well done to alexpink who wins the ‘Estate’ book by Fugitive Images. Thanks to Myrdle Court Press for supplying the book as a competition prize.

  31. Yes! I was honestly going to suggest Burma Court estate, but no matter 🙂
Thanks to @traxcitement for a great competition.

  32. damn it, well done @alexpink can I have a look at it please 🙂

  33. @ewebber Maybe 🙂

  34. weird. i just found the game exciting- and i came across it after the competition closed!
