Coffee Run 3: A beginners and Improver social running group

Hello, Just wanted to let people know the 3rd Coffee Run programme is starting Tuesday 12th June, 9.15am meeting outside The Royal Inn on the Park Pub. Coffee Run is a 6 week running programme that gets you from zero to running a 5k! Supervised and coached by local Hackney Trainer Carole O’Leary,  a level 3 qualified personal trainer with a certificate in pre and postnatal exercise. We meet up to 3 times a week Tues, Wed, Thurs 9.15am-10.15am and then head off for coffe in a local coffee shop. Its a great way to lose weight, get fit and make friends locally. Imogen has attended  the last two coffee run programmes,  so far she has lost a stone in weight, completed two 5k runs, when she started she found it difficult to run for 30 seconds, she managed to beat her previous time in her second 5k race and is signing up to attend for Coffee Run 3 and has become good friends with other coffee run attendees.
