As a daytime Café and Delicatessen, we specialise in making breakfast, salads, stews, soups and a range of delicious sandwiches. Having a real knowledge of classics and access to the best ingredients, you must be inventive and have a passionate approach to cooking. You will train and coach a team of six kitchen assistants and porters, so they consistently deliver quality food – even when under pressure.
