CATALAN EXPERIENCE: FOOD&MUSIC
We are from Catalonia and we love and celebrate great food. Mediterranean products cooked as our grandmothers used to do it but adding a little touch of freshness and new techniques in the kitchen. We are going to be in London at the end of March with one of our food experiences and it is a great opportunity to discover our ‘Pa amb tomàquet Experience’ while we show you some of the best basics of our cuisine.
The menu will include ‘Pa amb tomàquet’, catalan bread with a tomato spread done in our own way, literally ‘rubbing’ it! We will also have special cold cured meats and cheeses produced using traditional methods, among other surprises. Everything cooked with the best Extra virgin olive oil and accompanied by wine and cava, all of them from selected catalan wineries.
That’s for starters… to finish we will have a chocolaty typical desert and more! As your hosts, we will provide live catalan music with a pianist and tenor.
We will eat, learn, share and enjoy food, experiences and music to let you know better the catalan culture. We have true passion for great food and great company so… We look forward to seeing you there!
