Biodiversity and Green Spaces Funding Workshop – 18 July 2011
This from Hackney Council’s Biodiversity Officer:
Hi all
I am writing to let you know that I will be running a workshop on funding for biodiversity and green space projects for park user groups wildlife groups and other community organisations based in Hackney.
The workshop will include:
– Presentations from HCVS (see www.hcvs.org.uk) on top tips for funding applications and how HCVS can help Hackney organisations
– Updates on current funding pots for biodiversity and green space projects (see www.lbp.org.uk/guidancefunding.html for a taster)
– Guidance on how to make your funding applications tick the right boxes
– Local case studies from groups that have successfully bid for funding
A final agenda will be circulated nearer to the workshop once I have confirmed all the speakers.
The workshop will be held on Monday 18 July 6.30-8.30pm at Hackney Town Hall (room 103). Directions to the Town Hall are available here.
The room has limited capacity so if you are interested in attending please email me to book a place. Priority will be given to Hackney based groups and individuals working on biodiversity or green space projects.
If you have any questions please get in touch.
Thanks
Kate
