Are Hackney parents interested in a social enterprise offering Mindfulness courses to children (ages 5-20)?
I am conducting some research to find out whether Hackney parents would be interested in their children learning Mindfulness. These would be 8-week courses with lessons once a week for children/young people from 5 to 20.
The ambition of this Mindfulness training is to help support children’s well-being and learning. Among many benefits, Mindfulness has be shown to help develop children’s attention skills, regulate emotions more effectively and develop pro-social skills that support a more caring and family environment.
It would be great if parents with children between these ages would be willing to take part in a short 10 minute phone interview or alternatively to fill in a quick questionnaire.
This research would help determine whether there is an interest in creating a social enterprise to offer high quality Mindfulness training.
I would be really grateful if you can spare a little bit of your time to participate in this and also, do feel free to refer any friend with children you think might be interested in participating in this survey. To take part please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Thank you very much. I look forward to hearing from you,
