Application to demolish 3 warehouses and replace it with 2 new buildings of 8 residential and 2 commercial units.
The new buildings are bigger and bulkier than the existing warehouses and the planning application is vague about the exact size and height of the planned work.
This development would lead to a loss of privacy to the residents of this area, threaten the trees and wildlife in the area, and create further overcrowding and problems with foxes and waste disposal. The building period, if this went ahead, would lead to substantial disruption and further blight the neighborhood with an ugly modern build.
