Application 2013/0005 This is er a little odd. It’s for the two shop units on the corner of Dericote Street the butchers and the former carpet shop ( street view). Nothing unusual about someone wanting to turn it into a restaurant but the application is full of spelling mistakes and strange claims (“The restaurant periodically will advertise its functions and offers to the local and ethnic newspapers.”) Anyone know any more about it? “
