2 bedrooms in 3 bed Grnd floor flat available

Hi, I’m a graphic designer (38yrs old but not an old fart!) looking for 2 people to rent with. I’m at a large 3 bed flat (Upper Clapton, between lovely Springfield park and Clapton station). The garden is huge 40ft! I’ve started weeding and plan to grow food as well as flowers. As it’s a share, you’ll have to know about me as well as the flat so I’d suggest we meet, chat etc. The 2 rooms (both Double) will be available as of early July and I’m looking to fill it in asap. The only thing is the bathroom, the flat upstairs flooded into it and it’s being refurbished. It’s still working just not as slick and lovely as it was. This means reduced rent for the duration of the repairs.
