1st April: \Cooking Supper” cooking lesson from Parkholme Supper Club”

We’ve had many requests to do a cooking lesson that would teach people things to make that they would make again, simple supper dishes that are delicious but not too complicated to make. What better way is there to spend a Sunday afternoon and evening than sociably learning to make lovely food and eating it with new friends. Some of these dishes are ones I used to make regularly for supper at home, but I think that they all could stand the test of a dinner party too.Vietnamese Summer Rolls with pork or prawns and dipserved at 2 Little Mermaids SupperclubChicken Pilaff – the great benefit of this is that it cooks in just 1 pot! not much washing up, and deliciousYou will also learn how to chop up a whole chickenSmoked Fish and Leek pieserved at the Puddings and Piano SupperclubLebanese Beansserved at Syrian Supperclub Apple Strudel Grandma Klar – this is a great recipe that is a team effort and makes a terrible mess! but great fun.
