1 bed flat/studio wanted ASAP

Hi,

I’m posting on behalf of a good friend who’s looking for a large studio or 1 bed flat, not fussy on location as long as fairly close to station. Would prefer a patio/garden. She’s early 40s, professional, creative, fun but housetrained. She’s looking to move in ASAP, preferably this weekend. Can go up to £200pw. Anyone know of anywhere?
