Having spent many years behind the machines in a few of Brisbane finer coffee outlets – Harvey’s, Cirque, The Little Larder – it became quickly apparent London was crying out for the simple things in life, like a good latte.
Currently based in Hackney (Clapton Pond), our raison d’être is to provide the London public with the quality and standards associated with Australian coffee culture.We create espresso based drinks, at the high standard currently offered by only a very small number of (excellent and well regarded) outlets in London: Soho’s Flat White, Broadway Market’s Climpson and Sons and Fitzrovia’s Kaffeine – to name a couple of our personal favourites.
We currently use beans from London’s Monmouth Coffee company.
You will find us serving coffee outdoors on weekends outside the Palm 2 store at Clapton Pond 152-156 Lower Clapton Road.
