We, Hackney Attic; here in the comfortable rafters of number 270 Mare Street, do solemnly swear to bring you the most varied and brilliant live entertainment we can possible muster, within (and probably also quite beyond) our power.

We promise to love you eager regular Attic-ulars and irregular folk alike.

We promise to honor Hackney’s delicious mix and match culture.

We promise to obey your shifting hips and aural demands.

…and we promise to do it all with gusto!

We have big plans and very good contacts and we’re not afraid to use them. We'll be bringing you live bands and music from every genre and every corner of the globe possible; we'll be hosting workshops; "London’s best" film quiz; short film screenings; Skeptics in the Pub(!); and spoken-word and open-mic to keep your imagination satisfied.

Our lovely new space is also available to hire for private (fun) or corporate functions, either during the day for your networking, training, or meeting, or in the evening for your private party, screening or event. Whatever your needs, we'll be able to create a package to suit you. We do love a good party, so if you fancy some assistance with theming, music or just some crackin dance moves… we're you're team.
